Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase.

Unused and undamaged items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to review and approval.

Please note that all pieces are handcrafted using natural stones and materials. Variations in color, pattern, texture, shape, and natural characteristics are expected and celebrated as part of the uniqueness of each piece. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or damage incurred during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of both the item and the packaging so we can assist you promptly.
