Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates:
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight and destination.
🇺🇸 We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

Carriers Used:
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and location of the shipment.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Local Pickup:
Local pickup is available at our store in Peachtree Corners, GA by appointment. Please select this option at checkout and we’ll contact you to schedule a time.

Damages or Issues:
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.

International Orders (Duties & Import Taxes):
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Decor By Nature does not control or determine these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for information regarding possible fees before placing your order.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or import fees, any costs incurred for the return of the package may be deducted from the refund.
